Upon emerging from the Underground, dark clouds threaten to spoil an otherwise sunny day…

On this particular day in London, there were nothing but bright blue skies overhead. Taking the tube to meet a friend, we emerged from the station to see dark, ominous clouds blanket the sky and obscure the sun as we waited for our friend.

  1. Hiya Nando, I can so completely sympathise. I live part of the year in OXON and part in Vancouver and know what it’s like to understand that in about five minutes everything you are will be completely drenched. Nicely done…hope you had an umbrella. 🙂

    • Thanks Veronica! We did have an umbrella but it wasn’t necessary as we ducked out to a mall to eat at a restaurant!

    • Thanks Annie! I thought so as well so I immediately whipped out my iPhone and took the pic. I’ve never seen anything like it before: a fantastically sunny day with fast approaching dark storm clouds changing the day in minutes.
