Let There Be Light!

Pieces illuminated by natural lighting from a nearby window.

Two and a half years ago in a previous post, I described how I spent quite of bit of time with a chess set and an inexpensive LED flashlight I had purchased in order to get “creative” with light manipulation. This week’s photo challenge, “Let There Be Light!” gave me an opportunity to revisit that post and add additional photos from that day and later that night.

In the evening, an overhead lamp from an incandescent bulb provides a warm light.
